ON THE NEXT BEYOND..
Life is as complex as we want it to be,
and as simple as we would like it.
This statement might sound obvious
but i challenge you,
do you really understand it?
We always say we are powerless,
that we are victims of circumstances
and have become resolved,
even resigned with the situation we are in.
We digress with the mundane things that
we don’t really know where to go to,
and if it is where we want to go.
I still don’t know where life would lead
me but at least now i know,
and understand the sound of one hand clapping,
and it sounds great.

Beyonces Single Ladies picks up Video of the Year at the 2009 MTV VMAs, beating out Britney Spears, Eminem, Kanye West and Lady Gaga.
The 28-year-old singer said, Thank you. I remember being 17-years-old, up for my first MTV Award with Destinys Child and it was one of the most exciting moments in my life. So Id like Taylor [Swift] to come out and have her moment. How thoughtful of Beyonce!!!
Taylor finally got her time in the spotlight, saying, Id like to thank all the fans on Twitter and MySpace and everyone who came out to my shows this summer. Thank you so much!
Taylor and Beyonce hugged both before and after Taylors speech.
Earlier in the evening, Kanye West stole Taylors thunder by interrupting her acceptance speech to praise Beyonce.

Title: It Sucks!
I was talking to some friends and we were talking about the things that absolutely suck big time.
1. Death in the family, Death of a loved one
2. Getting rejected
3. Failing
Other than that, what came up was "liking someone and then finding out that she/he is taken" - YON! Hahahaha. That absolutely sucks. Why? Because you have to make a decision. To wait it out or not. What if you wait for nothing? It makes it more interesting though... You have certain personalities that say "mas madaling hulihin ang manok na nakatali" (it's easier to catch a chicken that's tied down)
But that's not honorable... No integrity and respect either.
It only makes life more interesting right?
I guess you just have to enjoy the ride.

Starting last Thursday afternoon I feel dizzy and some headaches. So later then I feel feverish. I wasn't feeling well the whole friday so I chose home treatment using the usual Loviscol and Biogesic. It’s really hard to be away from parents. It's Saturday but still didn't mind what I'm feeling and worked the whole Saturday morning. I fight with my fever and thinking it will go away when going out and this fever is just a mind-set. Saturday night (Finally I'm home in Laguna!!) I still have a fever but with new addition cough and sorethroat! I didn't even take a bath this morning. LOL! Im stinking! I recently attended my niece's first birthday party. It was a simple celebration, with tons of people, presents, games and food. Everyone had a great time, even the birthday girl! For sure my poor little niece was so overstimulated and tired the whole time. LOL!
Everyone wanted to hold her and play with her, while she simply wanted to run around and discover things in the new environment. Everyone was feeding her cake and ice cream and candy, she was on a sugar rush that day. Then as soon as she started to crash, it was time to open presents! She almost cried through most of what was supposed to be the best part of the day..gifts!!!
My sister and I had fun reuniting and taking crazy photos with our cousins. Haha! ;p

Thanks to my best friend Thea for this blog entry(copy/paste) ...too much thank you's had been said and a lot of inspiration has been given just to bring a smile a gloomy day.. but still that too much ain't enough to return to you what you truly deserve. July 20th is one of my favorite days of the year due to the fact that I will be able to extend my not-so-well-said thanks to the person that gives me that reason to cheer up during those days whether they may be norma or full of too much melancholy. It's the perfect opportunity to be little more mushy just to give back to her a bit of what I don't deserve. My thoughts might be cluttered at this moment but one thing is pretty clear: I have a gift from God that's more than I asked for. I just asked for a true friend, but I received the most precious, the one who's way more than I ever imagined. It's been 10 years since the first sign of friendship was seen. well, a lot has changed honestly and all changes are obviously better than ever. To my dearest best friend Chakee: Happy happy birthday to you. Thanks for the years of sharing your beauty to my life. I'm truly grateful because my life's touched by a woman like you. Enjoy your blessings and continue breathing for the God's purpose.

By Lindsey Millar Two and a half months ago, Kris Allen returned to Arkansas a star. We welcomed him with red carpets, widespread truancy, high-pitched screams, homemade signs, a town-sized parade and round-the-clock news coverage. And that was before he became the latest “American Idol.” So go ahead and count on pandemonium on Saturday, as the newly christened Verizon Arena welcomes Kris back to Arkansas for the first time since he became the state's biggest pop star since, well, ever? It's the opening month of “American Idols Live,” the annual post-show tour that sends the top 10 finalists across North America to reprise songs they sang in the competition. This year's top 10 includes, in addition to Kris, Adam Lambert, Allison Iraheta, Anoop Desai, Danny Gokey, Lil Rounds, Matt Giraud, Megan Joy (who's apparently serious about the no last name thing), Michael Sarver and Scott MacIntyre.
So far the reviews have been good. The LA Times called it “very current” as opposed to the “classic rock revival feel” of years past. The Seattle Times praised Kris for “musical creativity and versatility unique” among his tour mates.
But as you can see from the tour set list on the right, it's going to be a long wait before Kris takes the stage. Once he's there, lucky for us, his set will be exponentially less tedious than it was when the tour started. “No Boundaries,” the so-called “coronation song” that he sang at the show's end (written in part by “Idol” judge Kara DioGuardi, with lyrics of “climbing mountains” and “weathering hurricanes” and other treacle-y nonsense), has been removed from his set. This after tepid audience response and reviews that branded it things like “a set killer.” It's been replaced by “All These Things I've Done” by the Killers, a great anthem of inner conflict, with at least one fitting lyric: “I need direction to perfection / No, no, no!”
Speaking of direction, Allen's young career appears to be taking shape. Amidst prepping for the tour, singing the national anthem at the NBA Finals, dealing with questions about his “bromance” with Adam Lambert and Tweeting about eating 14 plums, the Conway native's been working, steadily, on his fall debut on 19 Recordings/Jive Records. So far, he's collaborated with Joe King of the Fray (at Timbaland's Virgina Beach studio) and, according to Billboard, received material from David Hodges (Kelly Clarkson, Daughtry), Salaam Remi (Nas, Amy Winehouse, Al Green) and Claude Kelly (Akon, Leona Lewis). Kris told the magazine he expects the end product to compare to the sounds of Jason Mraz and John Mayer, with a possible trace of an urban sound.
But that's months away. Now, let's just concentrate on Saturday night and not hyperventilating or accidentally punching the person sitting next to you in all the hysteria.TULSA MEET AND GREET

It was not discovered until 1930 and its status as a planet remains the source of debate. 1969: Apollo 11 - USA Lunar Manned Lander (July 16-24, 1969) Crew: Neil A. Armstrong, Edwin E. Aldrin, Jr., Michael Collins. Apollo 11 was the first manned lunar landing, which took place on July 20, 1969. The landing site was Mare Tranquillitatis at latitude 0°67' N and longitude 23°49' E.
